Margaret’s love for and obsession with food as a form of self-expression began when she helped her mother, grandmother and great-grandmother in the kitchen as a child. At fifteen, she discovered “The Joy of Cooking” and taught herself to bake. Due to a health-conscious yet insatiable sweet tooth, she is determined to create healthier, delicious desserts.
